What happens after you get in touch

We reply within one business day, always with a person rather than an automated sequence. The first response is usually a question or two, because a short exchange beforehand makes the call itself far more useful than an hour spent establishing context.

The first call is thirty minutes with a delivery architect — one of the people who would actually build the thing — not a salesperson. We will ask about the workflow, the volumes, the data and who would own the system in production. You will leave with a view on whether AI is the right tool, roughly what it would cost, and roughly how long it would take. You keep the notes whether or not we work together.

If it looks like a fit, the next step is a fixed-fee discovery: four to six weeks producing a committed scope, timeline, price and ROI model. If it does not, we will say so on the call and, where we can, point you at what would actually help — sometimes that is a process change rather than software.

How to get the most out of the first conversation

Bring a problem rather than a solution. "Our support team is drowning in the same forty questions" is a far better starting point than "we want a chatbot", because the second one has already made a decision that might be wrong.

Numbers help enormously, even rough ones. How many of these happen a month, how long does each take, how many people are involved, what does it cost when it goes wrong. We can work without them, but with them the first call can produce an actual feasibility read rather than a general discussion.

It also helps to know who would own the system once it exists. This sounds administrative and it is the strongest predictor we track of whether a project reaches production — so if the answer is currently nobody, that is worth discussing on the call.

If you are earlier than that and simply want to know what is possible in your industry, that is a perfectly good reason to book a call. We have those conversations weekly and they cost you nothing.

Who to contact, and about what

Everything reaches the same inbox and is triaged by a person, so there is no wrong route — but a line of context in your first message gets you to the right specialist a day faster.

New projects and discovery enquiries go to a delivery architect in the relevant practice: agents and automation, conversational and voice, or product engineering. Strategy, governance and vendor-evaluation enquiries go to our advisory team. If you are unsure which applies, describing the problem is enough; that is the routing information we actually use.

Existing clients should use their engagement channel for anything delivery-related — it is faster and it keeps the record in one place. Use this form for new scope, a new business unit, or anything commercial.

Media, speaking and partnership enquiries are welcome and answered, though more slowly than client work. Recruitment enquiries belong on the careers page, where the application form routes to the hiring manager directly rather than through a recruiter.

We do not run an outbound sales function and we do not add anyone to a nurture sequence. If you contact us and decide not to proceed, you will not hear from us again unless you ask to.

Working across timezones and jurisdictions

We are headquartered in Navi Mumbai and deliver for clients across eight countries, with overlapping-hours teams for India, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, Singapore and the United States. Weekly demos are scheduled in your working hours rather than ours, and asynchronous written updates mean the gap between calls is not a gap in visibility.

Contracting is straightforward in most jurisdictions: we sign mutual NDAs before the first substantive conversation, provide DPAs as standard, and can contract under Indian, UK, EU or US law depending on your procurement requirements. Sector-specific addenda — BAAs for US healthcare, financial-services annexes — are routine rather than exceptional.

Data residency is arranged per engagement. Where regulation or policy requires that data stay in a region, we deploy inside your cloud account in that region, including fully private model hosting. This is a configuration decision made during discovery rather than something to negotiate afterwards.

Before you reach out

Yes, happily. Send yours or use our mutual NDA template.

Mostly mid-market and enterprise (₹50 crore+ revenue), plus funded startups building AI products.

Yes — 30 minutes with a delivery architect, no sales pitch, and you keep the notes.

We deploy inside client VPCs regularly and align with SOC2, GDPR, and sector-specific requirements.
