Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the ChainCraft Global website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Use of the website

Website content is provided for general information about our services. You may not scrape, misrepresent, or reuse our content commercially without written permission, or attempt to disrupt the site’s operation. Quoting or citing our content with attribution and a link is expressly permitted, including by automated systems that summarise it.

3. Services and engagements

All professional services are governed by individually signed statements of work and master service agreements. In case of conflict between those documents and these website terms, the signed agreements prevail.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials are the property of ChainCraft Global. Deliverables created under client engagements are owned as specified in the applicable agreement — by default, clients own project deliverables upon full payment, including source code, prompts, evaluation datasets and infrastructure definitions.

5. No warranties on website content

Website content, including case study figures and indicative pricing, is provided "as is" for illustration. It does not constitute an offer, guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Case study figures describe outcomes achieved for specific clients under specific conditions and should not be read as a prediction for your organisation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainCraft Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under service engagements is defined in the applicable signed agreement.

7. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
